• Date of birth (for age verification - minimum 16 years)
• Postal address (street, house number, postal code, city, country)
• Instagram account (optional)

Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed exclusively for:

• Contest participation and winner determination
• Age verification (minimum 16 years)
• Prize delivery and fulfillment at Gamescom booth
• Email verification and communication
• Marketing communications from OXS (only with explicit consent)

Data Retention

Your personal data will be automatically deleted after 60 days in accordance with GDPR requirements, unless longer retention is required by law or you request earlier deletion.

• Physical Collection: Winners must collect prizes at the OXS booth during Gamescom
• Same-Day Collection: Prizes must be collected on the same day as winning
• Verification: Identity verification may be required for prize collection
• Non-Collection: Failure to collect results in disqualification and prize re-awarding
