OXS GAMESCOM CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. CONTEST FRAMEWORK

• Duration: 20.08.2025 – 24.08.2025
• Participation Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must be a resident of Germany
  • Physical presence at Gamescom is required
• Only one entry per person (controlled via email/IP address)

2. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

1. Registration on the campaign website with entry of personal data: first name, last name, date of birth, address, email address, and Instagram account
2. Agreement to these terms and conditions
3. Receipt of a confirmation link via email

No purchase required (purchases do not increase chances of winning)

3. WINNER SELECTION

• Virtual Prize Wheel: Upon receipt of the confirmation email, a virtual prize wheel is spun. The prize is displayed directly in the email.
• Instant Win: The prize displayed during the spin is immediately awarded.
• Collection Requirement: Winners must collect their prize at the OXS booth on the same day.
• In case of non-collection: Disqualification and re-awarding of the prize.

4. PRIZES

No cash redemption or transfer of prizes.

5. DATA PROTECTION

• Collected Data: First name, last name, email address
• Purpose of Use:
  • Conduct of the contest
  • Winner notification
  • OXS marketing (only with consent)
• Storage Duration: Data will be deleted upon customer request
• Right to Object: Participants can request data deletion (leads to exclusion from contest)

6. LIABILITY & LEGAL

• Exclusion: No liability for technical failures, data loss, or viruses
• Modification Clause: OXS may change contest rules, prizes, or duration at any time or terminate the contest
• Employees of OXS or partners are excluded from participation

• Applicable Law: German law
